Fell Cottages

The farm Fell is located on the Northeast corner of Iceland, more specifically on the so-called Langanes Coast, a coastline which stretches between the towns of Þórshöfn and Bakkafjörður. The Coast derives its name from the Langanes Peninsula, which literally translates as „The Long Peninsula“. From Fell there are approx. 13 kilometers to the town of Þórshöfn and about 55 kilometers to Vopnafjördur, the largest urban population in the region. The Fell farm sits by the sea in beautiful and quiet surroundings, nestled under the fell from which the farm takes its name, Smyrlafell. The farm faces Mt. Gunnólfsvíkurfjall, which gracefully rises 719 meters from the sea level.

We offer accomodation in two cottages, rented out separately. Various activities, including hiking, lake fishing and getting to know the farm life, including meeting the domestic animals.

Welcome to Fell!
